Performance characteristics
1. The working fluid is odorless, pollution-free, harmless to human body and transparent at room temperature.
2. It has excellent cleaning properties for mineral oil, synthetic oil, animal and vegetable oil, lubricating oil, rust-proof oil, etc.
3. Compared with other cleaning agents, the same proportion of concentration can achieve higher cleaning effect, and low volatilization, low temperature drop, long time, greatly reduce cleaning costs.
4. Under hot and humid conditions, the anti-rust effect of cast iron, steel, copper, aluminium and their alloys is far higher than the national standard.
5. The cleaned workpiece does not need to be rinsed again; the cleaned workpiece keeps metallic luster with little corrosion.
6. Safety, because the active ingredient of the product is a special surfactant, which does not corrode the skin, is easily biodegradable, inflammable and explosive, and can be safely used in open fire site.
Usage method
1、According to the dirt and cleaning conditions, add 1:30-1:40 concentration to water at 60 C, and mix the solution evenly before cleaning.
2、According to actual needs, mechanical pressure spraying or manual rinsing, scrubbing and scrubbing can be adopted.
3、The sediment at the bottom of the tank should be cleaned regularly. The same concentration of working fluid can be added or new liquid can be replaced depending on consumption.
