SPECIAL PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION

   SW-380 is new generation product offering the advantages of both “Synthetic fluid” and Emulsion fluid”. It has excellent lubricity, anti-rust, cooling and EP properties. It has long service life 5 times as that of the emulsion oil because of its good bio-stability against rancidity. It is suitable for CNC machine center, multi-purpose combined tool machine and centralized cooling system..

3. Provides good EP and boundary lubrication effective against wear and seizure during machining, promote good surface finish and tool life.

4. Good bio-stability against rancidity, provide long service life from 3 months to 1 year

6. Replace machine oil & diesel oil and emulsion oil, environmentally friendly operations.

USAGE                                

1. Clean up the system before use             

2.Dilute by water from 1:15 to 1:30.

3.The water hardness should be less than 400ppm

4.Supplement timely while using
